Sponsorship, Exhibitors, and Program Ads

We have a variety of sponsorship opportunities to support our conference to further our mission of equity, opportunity and inclusion for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Funds support our annual conference including lowered conference registration fees for persons with disabilities and their family members as well as technology and support to make our conference more accessible for all. 

Four ways to support our conference:

Sponsorship

$3000 Platinum Sponsorship

Sponsors at this level receive

  • Full-page ad in our printed Conference program

  • Color logo on the back of the program

  • Your name and/or logo on an individual welcome poster prominently displayed in the registration area

  • Vendor Table for both days

  • Conference Registration (including lunch on both days) for two people 

  • Cal-TASH will create a short “Meet our Sponsor” video for social media

  • Recognition on the CalTASH conference website with links to your website

  • Cal-TASH mug

$2000 Gold Sponsorship

Sponsors at this level receive

  • Full-page ad in our printed program

  • Your name and/or logo on an individual welcome poster prominently displayed in the registration area

  • Vendor Table for both days

  • Conference Registration (including lunch on both days) for one person 

  • Recognition on Cal-TASH social media and on the Cal-TASH conference website with links to your website

$1000 Silver Sponsorship

Sponsors at this level receive

  • Half-page ad in our printed program

  • Your name and/or logo on an individual welcome poster prominently displayed in the registration area

  • Vendor Table for both days

  • Recognition on Cal-TASH social media and on the Cal-TASH conference website with links to your website.

$500 Sponsorship

Sponsors are invited to choose to support either: 

  • Awards Ambassador: Annual Awards Presentations

  • Bash Backer: Cal-TASH Bash on Friday March 28, 2024

  • Accessibility Hero: Conference IT and/or Interpreters

 

Sponsors at this level receive:

  • Recognition in our printed program

All proofs must be received by February 1, 2025

We will be printing a letter-size conference program for all attendees in black and white only.

  • Full Page Ad or Tribute: $200

  • Half Page: $150

  • Quarter Page Vertical $100

  • Business Card size: $50

Vendors

Vendors & Exhibitors

Cal-TASH is seeking Vendors and Exhibitors to participate in our Exhibitor space at our Annual Conference.  The exhibitor space will be in the lobby at the Los Angeles Marriott, Burbank Airport, from 7.30 am - 5 pm on Friday, March 28, 2025 and 8 am - 4pm on Saturday March 29, 2025.

 

The conference attracts a diverse audience of families, individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability, service providers, educators and academics.

We invite microbusinesses that are owned by individuals with a disability to purchase vendor space at a reduced rate.

Table locations are determined on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Vendors are responsible for staffing their tables at all times. 

  • Each vendor will be provided with a 6-foot space/table. 

  • Vendors must secure their own lodging and food. 

  • Purchase of a vendor space does not include attendance at conference sessions or food.

 

Pricing:

            $200 for agency/business/large non profit for both days

$100 for small nonprofit for both days

$50 for micro-enterprises owned by an individual with a disability for both days

Swag Bags

Have a flyer or a promotional item added to our Conference swag bags. (Please note items must be mailed or delivered to a Board Member or to the Burbank Marriott hotel by March 26, 2025 to be included)

  • $50 small non profit​

  • $100 agencies/businesses/large non profits

Make a one time donation to our conference to support our discounted conference fees for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to receive a shoutout in our program.
